1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently from government offices. We do not store official criminal records, pull records on demand, run official background checks, or file court documents for anyone.

The site points readers toward offices and systems that may hold Bradley County records, including the Bradley County Sheriff's Office, Warren Police Department, Bradley County Circuit Clerk, Bradley County District Court, Arkansas State Police/ACIC criminal-history systems, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry Search. It may also link to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Violate federal law, Arkansas law, or local rules while using this site
• Use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone
• Use content from this site for any FCRA-regulated decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against our pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access

Arkansas public-record access and criminal-history dissemination are governed by official law, including the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-105, and separate criminal-history provisions such as Ark. Code Ann. §§ 12-12-1008 and 12-12-1504. Nothing on this site expands access beyond what those official rules allow.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site, or from any linked tool, to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person is prohibited and may be unlawful. This is especially important for sex offender registry information. The Arkansas Sex Offender Registry Search is an ACIC/DPS public-safety resource, and registry information must not be used for threats, vigilantism, or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for applicant screening, rental-application review, insurance underwriting, or credit decisions. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If a lawful purpose requires an official criminal-history product, use the proper official route through Arkansas State Police or another legally compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain how criminal records generally work in Bradley County, but we cannot tell you how a charge, conviction, warrant, or Arkansas sealing rule applies to your situation. For that, talk to a licensed Arkansas attorney.

6. No Warranties

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes

Criminal records change as charges are filed, dismissed, amended, disposed, or sealed. Gaps are unavoidable. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official statement from a court, sheriff, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, or any other government agency.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site, including reliance on information found here or through any linked service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal dispute connected to use of this site must be filed in courts located within Arkansas.

14. Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
